Thermally Conductive Silicone (200 g) (SCH-202)
High-thermal-conductivity silicone paste
Prices were revised effective August 1, 2025.
This silicone improves thermal conductivity in heat-dissipating areas and withstands operating temperatures up to 200°C. Simply apply a thin layer between the CPU and heat sink to enhance thermal conductivity. It is a low-molecular-weight siloxane-reduced product (designed to prevent contact failure). Five variations are available with different container sizes. View variations by container size
The container was changed in March 2026, but the contents remain the same.
