This is a eutectic type of surface mount part mounting kit. Compared to previous products, it has "better wettability" and "reduces solder balls from being generated." Whether it's a QFP IC or a chip resistor, it can be easily mounted without the need for special tools. The effect of slow-curing adhesive allows for slow and accurate positioning. This kit can install more than 50 100-pin QFP ICs (for reference use examples). *There is an expiration date. If you are not using it for more than 3 days, store in a refrigerator at 0 to 10°C.

If you are not using it for more than 3 days, store it in a refrigerated position at 0 to 10°C. The adhesive of this product is not suitable for use in reflow tanks. It cannot be used on parts with terminals on the bottom such as BGA packages.
