This is an eutectic-type surface-mount component mounting kit. Compared to previous models, it offers “improved wettability” and is “less prone to solder ball formation.” Whether you’re mounting QFP ICs or chip resistors, installation is easy and requires no special tools.The slow-curing adhesive allows for slow and precise positioning. A single kit is sufficient to mount more than 50 100-pin QFP ICs (for reference only). *This product has an expiration date. If not used for more than 3 days, please store it in a refrigerator at 0–10°C.
Once this product is discontinued, please consider the lead-free SMX-52.

- This product has an expiration date. At the time of shipment from our company, the remaining shelf life is at least one month. If the product will not be used for three or more days, store it refrigerated at 0–10°C. The adhesive in this product is not suitable for use in reflow ovens. It cannot be used on components with terminals on the underside, such as BGA packages.
