Heat-dissipating silicone suitable for use in environments up to 300°C
Prices were revised effective August 1, 2025.
This silicone improves thermal conductivity in heat-dissipating areas and withstands operating temperatures up to 300°C. Simply apply a thin layer between the CPU and heat sink to enhance thermal conductivity. It is a low-molecular-weight siloxane-reduced product (designed to prevent contact failure). Five variations are available with different package sizes. View variations by package size
