This is what is called "pushing" and is characterized by less cutting loss compared to cutting V grooves and cutting using a PCB disc cutter, and as a result, there is less cutting powder during work.
It is also a good idea to have an automatic locking mechanism on the lever handle and a protective cover as a safety device. However, the locking mechanism when storing has been omitted.
Since the side gauge that holds the parts is 2.3mm apart from the table, it was necessary to hold a cardboard in the gap between the board (1.6t) to make it stable. There is a protective plate and there is a 20mm gap between the side gauge and the cutting position, so it is safer not to cut because parts that are generally less than 3cm cannot be held down with the side gauge.
This is a convenient tool, as you can quickly cut the board by pulling up the lever handle as much as you can each time you cut it.
On the other hand, since it is a knife, maintenance, especially inverting and replacing the left and right sides in the event of a blade wear in the future, is a dangerous task, and it seems likely that skills will be required.
