If you know the model number, you can search for it in the search box at the top of the page.
You can also search by product name or by keywords such as "coating" or "contact failure.
You can also search by selecting the desired item from the categories at the top of the page in sequence.
Related products are also searched, so if you have difficulty pinpointing the product you are looking for, enclose the search word in half-width alphanumeric characters "'", such as 'ICB-88GH', and only the enclosed items will be searched.

As long as it is within the stock quantity displayed on the product page, we can ship it to you in the shortest possible time.
When you hover the cursor over an item on the category list page, the blue "Add to Cart" button will appear, and when you click on it, "Quantity: 1" will be added to your cart.
On the product page, you can specify the quantity you want and click the "Add to Cart" button.

About date and time specification
In principle, orders placed by 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped on the same day and arrive on the earliest possible date.

Depending on the area, product purchased, or time of year, it may take longer or we may not be able to accept date and time requests.

We ship from Tokyo using Yamato Takkyubin, Nekopos (Yamato Transport's post-marking service), Seino Transport, or Sagawa Express.

For delivery slips and receipts, click the link button in the shipping e-mail sent after the product has been shipped to move to the issuance screen.
