Discontinued *Module with USB to serial conversion IC made by FTDI
FTDI's USB to serial conversion IC "FT-232RQ" is mounted. It is equipped with a switch to switch the signal level between 5V and 3.3V. The USB power supply has an overcurrent protection fuse. Please install the driver from FTDI's website before use.
Alternatives are the MM-FT232H and MM-FT232HC with the more multifunctional "FT232HL". Please note that the board sizes of the two alternative products are different. Also, the USB connector of MM-FT232HC is Type-C.
