Soft thermal conductive sheet (3mm) with a thickness of 5W/m-k thermal conductivity
Thick and soft, it can be used to flatten the heat sink mounting surface even if there are small irregularities. It can be easily cut with a knife, etc., so it can be attached to small parts. Non-silicone type does not generate siloxane gas that may cause contact failure. The insulating nature of this product allows it to be attached to substrates with chip components. By combining sheets of different thicknesses, heat sinks can be installed to match the height of not only the IC but also the surrounding components.
