Designed for efficient etching with a small amount of etchant. The air jet type automatically agitates the liquid, resulting in a sharp finish in a short time. Simultaneous etching of double-sided substrates as well as etching of several substrates at once is possible. Heater holder (cover) is adopted to fix the heater position firmly.
