Low-molecular-weight siloxane-reduced product Thermally conductive RTV silicone
Thermally Conductive Silicone is a one-component, room-temperature curing product designed to prevent contact failures. It has a wide operating temperature range of -45 to 200°C. Simply apply a thin layer between the CPU and heat sink to improve thermal conductivity and secure the components in place. If you need to securely fasten the CPU or other components, please also use screws or other fastening methods.
