This product alone can dissipate heat in the same way as a heat sink. It has excellent thermal conductivity and can transfer the heat generated by the heating element to a remote location. Thin and flexible, it is easy to process and can be attached to narrow spaces. Lighter weight than metal heat sinks. Both the surface (black) and the adhesive side are insulated, so it can be attached directly to metal parts of parts.
