Compared to previous versions, it offers “improved wettability” and is “less prone to solder ball formation.” *This product has an expiration date. If you do not plan to use it for more than 3 days, please store it in a refrigerator at 0–10°C.
After this product is discontinued, please consider the lead-free SMX-H05A.
