This module incorporates Freescale Semiconductor's ultra-compact DC motor driver IC MPC17531. Two sets of low-loss FET H-drivers are built in to drive one or two small DC motors or one set of two stepping motors.

Although the package is labeled "RoHS compliant," it is RoHS compliant for 6 substances instead of the current 10 substances; confirmation has not been obtained for the 10 substances. Please note that the 10 substances have not been verified.

There is no replacement or successor product after the end of sales.
