Simply set the IC in the groove in the center and grip it tightly to correct uneven pins. It is convenient for correcting the pin width when inserting an IC into a board, repairing IC pins that have been bent by mistake, and aligning pins on single line connectors. It can accommodate both 3/10 and 6/10 inch IC widths.
