It offers excellent solderability, making it suitable for use with lead-free solder and helping to reduce solder bridges and unsoldered areas.Its excellent wettability and through-hole flow properties help resolve the bridging and wetting issues characteristic of low-silver solder. This RMA-type product is non-corrosive, highly reliable, and suitable for no-clean applications. The flux category is ROL1. Three variations are available with different package sizes.
