When coaxial cables are soldered to printed circuit boards, this pin is attached to the end of the core wire and soldered to reinforce the core wire and prevent breakage. To attach to the core wire, crush the U part with pliers to fix the sheathed part. The core wire is placed in the through-hole together with the pin section and soldered.
