The test clips are designed for high-frequency signal measurement in the GHz band, and signals can be measured easily and reliably by attaching the clip to the lead of a QFP IC, etc. and dropping the tip of a differential probe or GHz band probe into the pipe rising from the clip. By shortening the conductive portion of the clip to the limit, signal waveform degradation due to parasitic inductance is minimized.
