Exhaust gas treatment unit for the ES-800M series etching machines. It absorbs strange odors and acids generated during etching with ferric chloride. The unit can be inserted perfectly into the exhaust port of the etching machine, making it easy to install. Dry filter is used for easy replacement. Can be used as a replacement for the old ES-F1.
