An etching machine that can perform high-quality processing in a short time is combined with an exhaust gas treatment unit. The liquid temperature setting and conveyor transfer speed can be controlled by a microcomputer, so reproducibility can be maintained under the same conditions. Although it is a stationary type, it can be placed anywhere with a space of 1,110 x 770 mm, making it a compact design for an etching machine.
