Exposure time is about half that of conventional photosensitive substrates (NZ series). When making printed circuit boards in small lots or making a series of detailed modifications at the prototype stage, etched printed circuit boards can be easily made by using photosensitive substrates. The minimum pattern width and spacing are 0.2mm each. The product can be stored for as long as three years from the date of manufacture in the unopened package.
