An inverter system with high irradiation efficiency is used. Furthermore, the UV irradiated surface is equipped with a special diffuser to ensure even exposure of photosensitive substrates up to 150 x 200 mm. A simple clamp is included to keep the pattern film and photosensitive substrate in close contact for exposure, and a built-in digital timer with a memory that can be set from 1 second to 99 minutes and 59 seconds in 1-second increments improves work efficiency.
